On February 20, 2016, I ran my first 5K. Now, I use the term “ran” incredibly loosely. I used to be very active; I danced for 15 years competitively and that kept me fit, but I have never been a runner. Never enjoyed it. Never have been good at it. It is just all bad news with me and running.
